eseebase® is a unique digital system that collects all building data in one and the same database. The system has been developed in cooperation with a number of housing associations, educational institutions and hospitals.
eseebase many years of experience in the council housing sector, and in the past five years we have worked intensively with operations optimisation for both small and large tenanted properties – in close cooperation with developers and users.
eseebase® has been designed and organised to provide direct, digital communication between the 3D models in the database and the systems of the building administrator. All data is organised and structured in accordance with current information, communication and technology legislation, and supports as well the new Danish classification system for property management. This ensures that eseebase® digitisation will be able to meet all demands of the future.
With the implementation of eseebase®, operations and working procedures are digitised for the housing association or developer. Based on existing material and registrations, the building or tenancy is created in 3D, and the exact amount of data necessary for e.g. renovations, 2D drawings, operations and maintenance can then be retrieved.
eseebase® provides useful and easily accessible material for the tenant’s interior decoration, the caretaker’s planning and the digital execution of removal inspection, as well as the administration’s registration of tenant changes carried out by the right of disposal. For owners, moreover, the system provides the basis for optimized operations.
eseebase® also includes material for putting out tenders for maintenance work in flats, outside areas and external building elements. Also here there is a close connection to the digital 3D models.
